Plan B: Skip College →
The get-a-college-degree-idea-monstrosity came to a head a few years ago when I saw an ad on a train1 to win a college degree. If the idea is to get a better paying job, go get the training or schooling or experience that helps meet that goal. If the idea is to party or flounder, then fine. Skip the pretending, the tuition and the commitment and get a slack job and an apartment.
